Job Description

Join our amazing venue in Kawana where we specialise in Greek fusion cuisine! We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen environment.


***Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with our menu
  • Assist in managing kitchen operations and ensuring food safety standards
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative dishes

***Requirements

  • Must have full availability, including evenings and weekends
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum 1-2 years of Chef de Partie experience required
  • Greek or Mediterranean cuisine experience preferred

* Salary negotiable based on experience
